Atelier KF assists both private clients and professionals in the full development of their architectural and spatial design projects in Belgium.
The studio carries out feasibility studies, programmatic analyses, layout scenarios, and prepares administrative files for urban planning permits or prior declarations. This includes the production and design of technical drawings, 3D models, detailed surveys, execution plans, construction details, and all documents required for a clear understanding of the project by contractors. The support also covers aesthetic and technical coordination, spatial organization, circulation optimization, and the selection of coherent and durable materials.
Atelier KF works on renovations, spatial transformations, interior design, integrated furniture design, the study of lightweight structures, the reconfiguration of residential or professional volumes, mixed-use projects, and the creation of complete atmospheres (materials, colours, textures, lighting).
I work closely with craftsmen, companies, and manufacturers to ensure careful execution that remains faithful to the initial design. Each intervention is conceived to clarify the space, enhance natural light, improve usability, and ensure overall coherence.
